Tyrone is a very efficient plumber. He came late at night to fix a leak in a tank in the loft. He immediately worked out the source of the problem and, because it was late at night, put a temporary stop on the leak. The next day he came back, quickly worked out the plumbing system for the whole house and drained the tank, which was not in use. He was polite, focused, tidy and good-humored at all times. We had water go through downstairs from our shower tray. TT came within 24 hours of my call. Really smiley and super friendly, I instantly felt at ease with him. He found the problem in 10 minutes and was honest enough to suggest we used a sealant / silicon expert to solve the problem. It was easy to get an appointment as you speak to the real person (no robots) and more over to the person who actually comes to do all the job. -Even though at the end he had to do more than was agreed and stay for longer I was surprise that he didn't charge me any extras. Watching how Tyrone works you could see that quality of the job was priority for him. - 22/7/2014

I called and arranged a convenient time the following day for the plumber to come and fix a loose tap. He showed up on time and advised that even though he could simply fix the tap as arranged and nothing else, that he could change the tap for a new one as it was on its last legs. Once this was agreed, he went and purchased and new tap and fitted it to a high standard and within the hour and at a reasonable price too... would definitely recommend him and would call him should the need arise! - 9/9/2014

I usually only go for well none companies but needed to get my toilet on blocked as quickly as possible. I called TT plumbing and Heating as it looked like a trust worthy company.
